Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have rights to use the pet photo you submit. You agree that the portrait is for personal use only and will not be resold or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Bluehorn Pawtraits.
2. Digital Preview & Approval
All orders include a digital preview before production. Physical products are not printed until you explicitly approve the preview. Approving the preview confirms your satisfaction with the design. Unlimited free revisions are available before approval.
3. Intellectual Property
Bluehorn Pawtraits retains the right to use completed portraits (without personal identifying information) for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise at the time of ordering.
4. Turnaround Times
Preview delivery within 48 hours is a target, not a guarantee. During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), preview times may extend to 72 hours. We will communicate any delays proactively.

6. Limitation of Liability
Bluehorn Pawtraits's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
