If you're not completely happy with your portrait after revisions, we'll issue a full refund. No arguments. No hoops. We stand behind every single order.
Refund Policy
Before Approval: If you decide not to proceed after viewing your digital preview, contact us within 7 days for a full refund β no questions asked.
After Approval (Digital): Because digital files are delivered immediately upon approval, refunds are not available once a digital download has been sent β unless there's a technical issue on our end.
After Approval (Physical): Once you approve your preview and a canvas is printed, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. However, if the product arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved preview, we will reprint and reship at no cost.
Damaged in Transit: Email a photo of the damage to sales@bluehornproducts.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately.
How to Request a Refund: Email sales@bluehornproducts.com with your order number and reason. We process all refunds within 3β5 business days back to your original payment method.
Revision Policy
We offer unlimited free revisions on all orders until you're 100% happy with your digital preview. Common revision requests include: adjusting colors, changing background, correcting details, adding/removing elements. We never charge for revisions.
